What we supply to manufacturers

Oils and butters: over 160 carrier oils and around 25 butters, cold pressed, refined and organic.

Waxes and structurants: beeswax including BP/EP grade, candelilla, carnauba and rice bran waxes, plus palm-free structurants such as SustOleo BA.

Aromatics: 170+ essential oils and floral absolutes, each with an IFRA certificate and allergen declaration.

Performance ingredients: silicone-alternative emollients, conditioning agents, emulsifiers, solubilisers and preservation systems from the Inolex and Vantage ranges.

Documentation for your product file
Every product page lists the INCI name, botanical name and origin, which is what you need for your ingredient list and safety assessment. For most natural ingredients we hold a specification, safety data sheet, supplier product statement and manufacturing flow chart, and for many a food allergen declaration. Essential oils and absolutes add an IFRA certificate, EU allergen declaration and, for many, a typical GC analysis. Inolex and Vantage ingredients come with the manufacturer's specification and safety data sheet, and Inolex documentation states the ISO 16128 natural origin index for each grade. We can supply a certificate of analysis for the batch you receive.
Manufacturer certifications, such as COSMOS approval on several Inolex grades or halal certification, are stated per product only where the manufacturer's documents support them. Kosher and halal status on our own natural lines is likewise shown as certified only where the supplier holds that certification.
Supporting your safety assessment
Under UK and EU cosmetics rules, every product needs a safety assessment before it goes on sale. Our documents are designed to make that step easier: the INCI name for your ingredient list, the safety data sheet for hazard information, the specification for physical and chemical limits, and for fragrance ingredients the IFRA certificate and allergen declaration your assessor will ask for. Where we do not hold a document, we will say so plainly rather than leave you guessing.
From development to production
Develop with 250g to 1kg packs, then scale to 5kg, 25kg, drums and IBCs of the same material. For regular production we quote contract pricing and plan stock against your schedule. Switching supplier? Send your current specifications and we will match grade, origin and processing method as closely as we can, and tell you where anything differs before you order.
Blending, filling and manufacturing
We blend oils and essential oils to your recipe and supply a single ready-to-use base. Through our manufacturing and packaging partners we can also help produce finished oils, balms, butters, soaps, bath products and candles, filled and labelled. See bespoke blends and contract manufacturing.
Sustainability and sourcing
Origin is shown on every product page, palm-free status is listed per product, and Inolex grades containing palm derivatives are RSPO Mass Balance. We also offer palm-free alternatives to common structurants, such as SustOleo BA.
Consistency you can plan around
Natural materials vary with harvest and origin, so we state the origin and processing method on every product and talk you through any change before it reaches your line. For high-volume products, blended grades such as lavender 40/42 and refined, deodorised oils give the most consistent result from one delivery to the next.
