Shipping Information
All orders are processed and dispatched during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
We offer worldwide shipping and use a variety of trusted couriers (FedEx, DPD, USPS and more) to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of our natural oils and ingredients.
UK Shipping Information
- FREE UK SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £300 ex VAT (Mainland UK).
- Orders under £100 (ex-VAT) are charged based on package weight and location (calculated at checkout with FedEx).
- Our primary UK shipping partner is FedEx, providing a tracked & reliable service.
- Larger shipments may use alternative providers; tracking information is provided with your order confirmation, you may be contacted directly.
- When you select Next Day with FedEx, this is Next Day delivery from when the order is dispatched (not always next day from order)
- Dispatch can takes 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) so please allow 3-4 days for orders to arrive
Please note: International shipments do not include taxes or duties, which will be added and charged by FedEx upon delivery.
International Shipping Information
- We use FedEx for international shipping (other providers are coming online soon)
- Tracking information is provided with your order confirmation.
- Most international orders are dispatched the same day with a 2–5-day delivery option worldwide (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Customs clearance may occasionally extend delivery times.
- Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on weight, product type, and location during the checkout process.
Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event of your order arriving damaged, please contact us using the website form, and we'll make every effort to provide a replacement. If any item is missing from your order, please notify us through the contact form, and we'll investigate within 48 hours.
Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of natural ingredients, we do not accept returns on oils and raw materials. However, if you experience any issues with your order - such as product faults, damage, or discrepancies - we will always work swiftly to resolve them and ensure your satisfaction.
